PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SIZING

This listing is for the following armor pieces, selected by the client.
(1) Chest Piece (Kelevala Style Chest Piece from AEA)

Do not purchase this listing if the style of chest in the listing photos is incorrect! 
The shop is sizing the piece to approximately 12" at the widest point as requested by the client. The shop will double-check measurement and chest style with the client via IG chat prior to processing. 

Due to the custom sizing of the bundle, we won't be able to do exchanges, returns, and refunds; as mentioned in the published shop policies.

The armor pieces are considered non-assembled and will need to be assembled by the client.

Due to the shape of some pieces and each individual's unique shape, it may be necessary for the client to pad areas as needed.

** The shop does not claim to meet any group CRLS in design or fit; it is the responsibility of the client to discuss those specifics with the appropriate parties**

These parts are considered raw 3D prints, they will not be painted or smoothed, and filament color will vary depending on what is available, however, it will likely be printed in a black or grey filament color

This is a made-to-order item, once you order it we will begin the process of making it, please pay close attention to the processing times published in this listing, the times do get adjusted based on current workload/demand.

This is a raw 3D-printed item. It may have slightly rough edges and/or minor unavoidable surface imperfections, it does not come sanded, smoothed, or otherwise post-processed. It is suggested that you sand, smooth and/or paint the item in whichever post-process technique you prefer. We do not include instructions on how to post-process, assemble or attach the parts to your body/costume, however, contact the shop with any questions and we will do our best to assist you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We ask that in any social media posts, you tag Clever3DStudio as the print shop and AlterEgo as the artist. 

All of our shipments carry shipping insurance. If your item arrives with ANY damage, immediately STOP and contact the shop for further instructions. Do NOT discard, alter or otherwise modify any of the parts in the shipment, including the shipping materials. You must retain all packing materials in the condition they were received in.

Shop policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds are published. Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds, however, contact the shop with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to assist you.
