Refund policy

At Clever3DStudio, we strive to provide you with high-quality 3D models and designs for your projects. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products, including digital downloads.

Damages and issues

We take every effort to ensure that your package arrives in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged package, please report it to us immediately. You may be required to participate in any shipping insurance claims, and you must retain the damaged package for inspection.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom sales or digital downloads.


Exchanges
At this time we do not accept items for exchanges, however, if you have any problems with your items contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any other applicable fees, including but not limited to import/export costs.


Refunds
As previously mentioned above, we generally don't accept returns.  In any case which we do process a refund (in whole or in partial) as part of an exceptional circumstance which we have discussed and approved of with the client, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
