We are located in, create, produce, and ship from the USA. We do offer full armor sets. Contact the shop for any questions or quotes for custom or full sets.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SIZING

This listing is for (1) Helmet. The files are client-provided. 

With your order, you will receive (1) helmet, which will be printed as a whole, and any smaller pieces will be made separately.

The shop will send calipers to the client for the measurements needed after the purchase of this listing. After the client sends the measurements back to the shop; the shop will create a digital model and send screenshots of the expected fit via Email. Once the client approves the modeling, the shop will proceed with printing and shipping the helmet. Please note that all sizes are approximate.

This listing does not provide any visors, fans, or electronics, the shop will not be providing or shipping a visor with this helmet. It is to be considered raw.

Due to the custom sizing of the helmets, we won't be able to do exchanges, returns, and refunds; as mentioned in the published shop policies. 

Due to the shape of some pieces and each individual's unique shape, it may be necessary for the client to pad areas as needed. The shop will not be providing any visors for the helmet.

These parts are considered raw 3D prints, they will not be painted or smoothed, and filament color will vary depending on what is available, however, it will likely be printed in a black or grey filament color

This is a made-to-order item, once you order it we will begin the process of making it, please pay close attention to the processing times published in this listing, the times do get adjusted based on current workload/demand.

This is a raw 3D-printed item. It may have slightly rough edges and/or minor unavoidable surface imperfections, it does not come sanded, smoothed, or otherwise post-processed. It is suggested that you sand, smooth and/or paint the item in whichever post-process technique you prefer. We do not include instructions on how to post-process, assemble or attach the parts to your body/costume, however, contact the shop with any questions and we will do our best to assist you.

We ask that in any social media posts, you tag Clever3DStudio.

All of our shipments carry shipping insurance. If your item arrives with ANY damage, immediately STOP and contact the shop for further instructions. Do NOT discard, alter or otherwise modify any of the parts in the shipment, including the shipping materials. You must retain all packing materials in the condition they were received in.

Shop policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds are published as recommended by Shopify. Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds, however, contact the shop with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to assist you.
