  • Size is measured in inches, overall widest width, using a straight measurement without curves.
  • To ensure accuracy, measure torso width (side to side) without curving the tape, accounting for padding or clothing.

Ne careful when measuring. The instructions say not to curve the tape measure. My first order was too small. When I remeasured armpit to armpit contoured to my chest, I got a much more accurate sizing. Informed the makers and they expedited a new kit with my updated size. It will work perfectly.
I will definitely use them again.
