Client Provided Files, and Expedited Processing

This private listing is for client-provided files:

The shop will process 2 thigh plates, one for each thigh, in the style selected by the client. 

They will be approximately 10.5" in overall length, as selected by the client. 

The pieces will be custom-sized based on the client's measurements and approved sizing with attached screenshots.

All sizes are to be considered approximate.

All items should be considered non-assembled by the shop.

All parts will be custom-sized to the customer-provided body measurements as best possible. Due to the shape of some pieces and each individual's unique shape, it may be necessary for the client to pad areas as needed. The shop will work with the client to create digital renderings of the expected fit of the parts and will work with the client to make size adjustments as requested. Once the client (s) approve(s) the expected fit, the parts will be made.

This is a made-to-order item; once you order it, we will begin the process of making it; please pay close attention to the processing times published in this listing; the times do get adjusted based on current workload/demand.

The parts will be supplied as a raw 3D print, they will not be painted or smoothed, and they will likely be printed in a grey filament color. The parts will be made in PLA+ plastic; while the parts will be very durable in most environmental conditions, it is recommended that the client reinforce the backs with epoxy, fiberglass, or similar material to mitigate the chance of warping in high-temperature conditions. Some parts may need to be assembled by the client, such as the gauntlets and knees. The shop does not directly provide assembly instructions, materials, or methods on how to assemble or attach the parts to the clothing/body. However, the shop will answer any and all questions to the best of our ability to assist the client in such endeavors.

SHOP POLICIES

All of our shipments carry shipping insurance. If your item arrives with ANY damage, immediately STOP and contact the shop for further instructions. Do NOT discard, alter or otherwise modify any of the parts in the shipment, including the shipping materials. You must retain all packing materials in the condition they were received in.

Shop policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds are published as Etsy recommends. Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds; however, contact the shop with any questions or concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.
